You may download and fill in both the intro package forms and safety test and bring them to your first practice, or you will be able to get these from one of the coaches at the practice. The PARENT & SHOOTER Information Forms contain information about
the rifle project as well as forms that need to be filled out by the
PARENT, the SHOOTER, and the CLUB LEADER. The Rifle and Range Safety test must be taken and PASSED w/100%.
