IMMEDIATE Cell Phones and Pagers on the Skeet Field:
At the January 2005 Rules Committee meeting the problem of cell phones on the skeet field was discussed after several complaints about these. It was voted that some language needed to be added to address the problem and that the most appropriate place would be as an addition to Section III-F-2 Interference, and the following language was approved.

Add to Section III-F-2 Interference:
h. Cell phones or pagers on or adjacent to a skeet field must be kept in the vibrate mode or off. No cell phone may be used on a skeet field to answer incoming or make outgoing calls. A cell phone or pager ring may be considered interference, except if is the shooter's own.

The change to become effective September 1, 2005
